SUPPORT

Something wrong? Write to a person.

Gymbora is a small operation, so support email goes to someone who worked on the app. Include your phone model, OS version and what you were doing and you'll usually hear back within two working days.

FIRST THINGS TO TRY
Missing a purchase
Settings → Restore purchases. Subscriptions live on your Apple ID or Google account, so a reinstall or a new phone needs a restore, not a second payment.
Steps show zero
iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Gymbora, and turn Steps on. On Android: open Health in Gymbora and connect Health Connect. Step history is read from your phone's health store, so without that switch there's nothing to read.
No reminders
Check notifications are allowed for Gymbora in your phone's Settings, then confirm the reminder is on in the app. Workout reminders only fire on your training days.
FAQ

Asked often enough to write down.

Not here? Email us and it probably ends up on this page.

Do I need an account to use it?
No. You can set up a plan and log workouts without one, and everything is saved on your phone. An account matters when you lose the phone, switch phones or delete the app — without one, that history goes with it.
What's free and what's Pro?
Your first five workouts are free, with the plan, logging, exercise library and coach all included. To keep training after that you need Pro: $95.99 a year or $15.99 a month, with a 7-day trial on both — cancel before day 7 and you're not charged.
How do I cancel?
Through the store, not through us. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Gymbora → Cancel. Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Gymbora → Cancel. We can't cancel it on your behalf, and the store handles refunds — reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play refunds.
Can I change my plan after setup?
Yes, any of it. Change your training days, swap a routine for a different split, or swap a single exercise for one your gym actually has — including mid-workout, without losing the sets you've already logged.
Is there an Android version?
Yes. Gymbora is on Google Play as well as the App Store, and an account keeps your history in sync between the two.
Does it work offline?
Logging does — basements and dead spots are normal in gyms, so sets are saved locally and sync when you have signal again. The AI coach needs a connection, since the model doesn't run on your phone.
Can I switch between kilos and pounds?
Any time, in Settings. Your existing history converts with you rather than being rewritten, so old sessions stay accurate.
What does the AI coach know about me?
Your workout history — the exercises, sets, weights and reps you've logged — so it can answer about your training rather than training in general. It is not a doctor or a physiotherapist, and it shouldn't be used for injury or medical questions.
How do I delete my data?
Delete your account in Settings and the history stored for it goes with it. If you'd rather we did it, email support@gymbora.com from the address on the account.

Still stuck?

Send your phone model, your OS version and what you were doing when it went wrong. That's usually enough to find it on the first reply.
